In-Person Therapy in Manchester or Online Across the UK

I offer compassionate, non-judgemental support for people going through transitions—like separation, divorce, or feeling lost in their relationships. I specialise in helping adults through relationship issues, divorce recovery, anxiety, burnout, and low self-worth. Many of my clients are holding a lot together on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained inside.
